Surrey: DCC corrected to current Bylaw 21174 rates: townhouse $29.63, low-rise apartment $33.47 per sq ft. The lower 2026 rates are not shown as adopted on the city page. Source
West Vancouver: DCC corrected from $18,394 to $9,197 per unit (Area 5); components had been double-counted. Source
Coquitlam: Added multiplex category: $43,483 per unit (Bylaw 5411). Source
Langley Township: DCC now density-based: $86,787 / $58,004 / $52,532 / $38,482 per unit by units per hectare. Source
Port Moody: Added DCC townhouse rate $149.98 per m2 (effective Jan 14, 2025). Source
Abbotsford: Added ACC $3,840 (townhouse/multiplex) and $2,511 (apartment) per unit. Source
School site charges: Confirmed SD 43 (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody) uses the provincial schedule.
Building permit fees: Added valuation-based permit fees for Surrey, Vancouver (plus development permit fee), Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, Langley Township and Chilliwack.
